  11. MODEL WITHDRAWAL FORM<\/li>\n<\/ol>\nThe online store lanrel.pl cares about consumer rights. Consumers cannot waive the rights granted to them under the Consumer Rights Act. Contract provisions that are less favorable to the consumer than the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act are invalid, and the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act apply in their place. Therefore, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions are not intended to exclude or limit any consumer rights granted to them under mandatory provisions of law, and any potential doubts should be interpreted in favor of the consumer. In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the above provisions, those provisions shall take precedence and must be applied.\n\n \n

    1. GENERAL PROVISIONS<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n1.1.<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0The Online Store available at the internet address lanrel.pl<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0is operated by the company LANREL SP. Z O.O.<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Patriot\u00f3w 220, 04-701 Warszawa<\/b><\/strong>; entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000737049<\/b><\/strong>, NIP: 7010829850<\/b><\/strong>, REGON: 380659670<\/b><\/strong>.\n\n1.2.<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0The Online Store is directed to individual customers (consumers) as well as breeders. Customers interested in large wholesale and B2B cooperation are requested to contact us via email at: info@lanrel.eu.\n\n1.3.<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0The administrator of personal data processed in the Online Store in connection with the implementation of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions is the Seller. Personal data is processed for the purposes, for the period, and based on the grounds and principles indicated in the privacy policy published on the Online Store website.\n\n1.4.<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0Definitions:\n

      \n \t
    • <\/b>BUSINESS DAY<\/b><\/strong>\u2013 one day from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.<\/li>\n \t
    • <\/b>REGISTRATION FORM<\/b><\/strong>\u2013 a form available in the Online Store that allows the creation of an Account.<\/li>\n \t
    • <\/b>ORDER FORM<\/b><\/strong>\u2013 an Electronic Service, an interactive form available in the Online Store that allows placing an Order, in particular by adding Products to the electronic basket and defining the conditions of the Sales Agreement, including the method of delivery and payment.<\/li>\n \t
    • <\/b>CUSTOMER<\/b><\/strong>\u2013 (1) a natural person with full legal capacity, and in cases provided for by generally applicable provisions, also a natural person with limited legal capacity; (2) a legal entity; or (3) an organizational unit without legal personality, to which the law grants legal capacity \u2013 who has concluded or intends to conclude a Sales Agreement with the Seller.<\/li>\n \t
    • <\/b>BREEDER<\/b><\/strong>\u2013 a Customer running an animal breeding facility, using the Online Store on special terms dedicated to breeders.<\/li>\n \t
    • <\/b>CIVIL CODE<\/b><\/strong>\u2013 the Civil Code Act of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws of 1964, No. 16, item 93, as amended).<\/li>\n \t
    • <\/b>ACCOUNT<\/b><\/strong>\u2013 an Electronic Service, a set of resources in the ICT system of the Service Provider, marked with an individual name (login) and password provided by the Service Recipient.<\/li>\n \t
    • <\/b>NEWSLETTER<\/b><\/strong>\u2013 an Electronic Service provided by the Service Provider via email, enabling the receipt of periodic information about Products and promotions.<\/li>\n \t
    • <\/b>PRODUCT<\/b><\/strong>\u2013 a movable item available in the Online Store that is the subject of a Sales Agreement between the Customer and the Seller.<\/li>\n \t
    • <\/b>TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/b><\/strong>\u2013 these terms and conditions of the Online Store.<\/li>\n \t
    • <\/b>ONLINE STORE<\/b><\/strong>\u2013 the Service Provider's online store available at: lanrel.pl.<\/li>\n \t
    • <\/b>SELLER; SERVICE PROVIDER<\/b><\/strong>\u2013 LANREL SP. Z O.O. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Patriot\u00f3w 220, 04-701 Warszawa, KRS: 0000737049, NIP: 7010829850, REGON: 380659670.<\/li>\n \t
    • <\/b>SALES AGREEMENT<\/b><\/strong>\u2013 a product sales agreement concluded or being concluded between the Customer and the Seller via the Online Store.<\/li>\n \t
    • <\/b>ELECTRONIC SERVICE<\/b><\/strong>\u2013 a service provided electronically by the Service Provider to the Service Recipient.<\/li>\n \t
    • <\/b>CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT<\/b><\/strong>\u2013 the Act of May 30, 2014 on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended).<\/li>\n \t
    • <\/b>ORDER<\/b><\/strong>\u2013 the Customer's declaration of intent submitted via the Order Form, aimed directly at concluding a Sales Agreement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      2. ELECTRONIC SERVICES IN THE ONLINE STORE<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n2.1.<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0The following Electronic Services are available in the Online Store: Account, Order Form, and Newsletter.\n

        \n \t
      • <\/b>Account<\/b><\/strong>\u2013 using the Account is possible after completing the Registration Form and clicking the \"Create Account\" field. The service is provided free of charge for an indefinite period. The Service Recipient may delete the Account at any time without giving a reason.\n
          \n \t
        • <\/b>Order Form<\/b><\/strong>\u2013 the service is of a one-off nature and terminates upon placing the Order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n2.2.<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0The Service Recipient is obliged to use the Online Store in a manner consistent with the law and good practices, providing data consistent with the actual state.\n

          3. CONDITIONS FOR CONCLUDING A SALES AGREEMENT<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n3.1.<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0The conclusion of a Sales Agreement takes place after the Customer previously places an Order using the Order Form in the Online Store.\n\n3.2.<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0Product prices given in the Online Store are displayed in Polish Zloty (PLN) and include taxes (gross prices). The Customer is informed about the total price including taxes and delivery costs during the order placement process, including at the time the Customer expresses their will to be bound by the Sales Agreement.\n\n3.3.<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0After placing the Order, the Seller immediately confirms its receipt and accepts it for execution by sending a relevant email message. The Sales Agreement is concluded upon receipt of this message by the Customer.\n

          4. PAYMENT METHODS<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n4.1.<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0The Seller provides the following payment methods for the Sales Agreement:\n

            • Payment term: 7 calendar days from the date of contract conclusion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n4.2.<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0The Customer consents to receiving invoices in electronic format (PDF), sent to the email address provided by them.\n

              5. DELIVERIES AND DELIVERY COSTS<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n5.1.<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0Product delivery is carried out within the territory of the Republic of Poland and the Czech Republic. For orders to other countries, please contact us via email at: info@lanrel.eu.\n\n5.2.<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0Standard shipping time is 48 business hours from the moment of payment or acceptance of the order for execution. Delivery time by the carrier depends on the selected method and location.\n\n5.3.<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0Delivery costs and conditions depend on the customer status and destination country:\n\n5.3.1. Individual customers:<\/b><\/strong>\n\nDelivery in Poland and to the Czech Republic:\n

              • Order value (after discounts) from 150 PLN: Free Delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n5.3.2. Breeders:<\/b><\/strong>\n\nDelivery in Poland and to the Czech Republic:\n

                • Order value (after discounts) below 400 PLN: 12 PLN (Poland) \/ 40 PLN (Czech Republic)<\/li>\n \t
                • Order value (after discounts) from 400 PLN: Free Delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n5.3.3. Shipping to other countries:<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0For orders to other countries, please contact us via email at: info@lanrel.eu.\n

                  6. RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS (EASY RETURNS)<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n6.1.<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act and the rules of hassle-free returns (Easy Returns), the consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.\n\n6.2.<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0Return and complaint procedure:\n\n6.2.1.<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0A withdrawal statement or complaint can be submitted in writing to the address: ul. Patriot\u00f3w 220, 04-701 Warszawa or electronically to the email address: info@lanrel.eu.\n\n6.2.2.<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0To facilitate the contract withdrawal process, the Online Store provides Customers with a dedicated quick return form available directly on the page of each placed order in the Customer Panel. The Customer can report the desire to return by completing and submitting the above electronic form.\n\n6.2.3.<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0The returned product should be sent back in an unchanged state (complete, in original packaging, without signs of use) to the warehouse address: Komandos\u00f3w 1\/2, 32-085 Modlniczka, Poland.\n\n6.2.4.<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0Refund of funds takes place within 7 business days from the positive verification of the returned goods to the bank account indicated by the Customer.\n

                  7. B2B AND WHOLESALE COOPERATION<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n7.1.<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0Any wholesale orders, B2B, and other forms of business cooperation not listed as standard service for individual customers and breeders require prior individual email contact at: info@lanrel.eu.\n

                  8. PRODUCT REVIEWS<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n8.1.<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0The Seller enables Customers to post Product reviews under the terms specified in these terms and conditions.\n\n8.2.<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0A review can only be posted by a Customer who has actually purchased the Product in the Online Store. The Seller takes steps to verify whether reviews come from actual Customers.\n

                  9. ILLEGAL CONTENT AND OTHER CONTENT NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n9.1.<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0This point takes into account obligations resulting from the Digital Services Act (DSA).\n\n9.2.<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0SINGLE POINT OF CONTACT: The Seller designates the email address info@lanrel.eu as a single point of contact for communication with member state authorities, the European Commission, and service recipients (service language: Polish and English).\n\n9.3.<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0Any person or entity can report the presence of illegal content via the designated email address, providing justification and the exact URL location of the content.\n

                  10. FINAL PROVISIONS<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n10.1.<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0Contracts concluded via the Online Store are concluded in the Polish language.\n\n10.2.<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions for important reasons (e.g., changes in legal regulations, changes in payment or delivery methods). Orders placed before the entry into force of the changes are executed according to the previous rules.\n\n10.3.<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0In matters not regulated in these Terms and Conditions, generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.\n
